Can we remove the punishment mute function already?

It's really quite stupid. We have a very nice feature that let's us mute players as we see fit.

And before somebody responds with "stop being toxic", it's not about me being muted. I don't like having teammates muted that I didn't choose to mute myself. It's like I'm being punished for being matched with somebody who got punished.
