Lookin for advice

Hi beautiful people!

I need some advice on what printer that could do the following:

Print labels for small bottles

Waterproof as in will not smudge on touch or if get water on it

High resolution since text will be very small to fit it all in

Is this a classical pick 2 scenario or is there something that is doable?
