Need help

Hi all im in a hotel in Larchenstr, Frankfurt (NAAM HOTEL) i need to buy a displayport to hdmi adapter the cheepest i can get (i got this in Portugal and im working in Germany for my company until the 15-11-2017) so i dont want to spend 20 euros in one. Im looking for that shop that sell everything (sometimes the things dont work but for the price) in Portugal we call it chinese shops (most of them are owned by chineses), is there anything similar in this zone??
