Have I waited too long?
There's a girl in one of my (college, engineering if it matters, which it might considering gender ratios and the odds that female enginerds have to constantly deflect guys' interest) classes that I'm interested in, but I suspect I've waited too long. We've talked a couple times over the last few months, but never for more than a minute or two and haven't even introduced ourselves, and I'm concerned that at this point it's too late to do so. The only good news is that I get the impression she's about as shy as me and hasn't talked much to anyone else either, but for all I know this is just within the context of the class.
If it matters, I have literally zero experience with any of this and I'm inclined to think it would already be a generally weird situation without that. Any recommendations, assuming there's anything to do beyond resign myself to accquaintanceship?
