Which version to grab?

So I've been looking into getting this (huge fan of Blazblue and played XX) and it's currently a toss up between SIGN and REVELATOR. On the one hand, I don't want to pay more money for characters I'm simply not gonna touch. On the other, I'm really not aware of how lively the SIGN community is on Steam, so I don't want to get it only to find nobody's actually playing that version. Thanks in advance.
