relapsed...starting all over...i’m on day 4 now

relapsed on tuesday so today im on day 4. im trying to commit more but it is hard sometimes(i wish i cud say that about something else haha) but seriously now, i find this post im writing to be very helpful because i can vent without feeling judged. i am now looking at it as day by day small victories rather than one 90day big victory. it is too early to say it is working but i hope this method does make a difference.
