iOS 11.0.3/iPhone 8 flashlight lag

Is anyone experiencing a small lag (~1 second) when turning on the flashlight from the control center in iOS 11? I have my older SE phone on iOS 11 and it turns on instantly when I press it. On my new iPhone 8, there’s a slight lag which makes me believe that this might only occur on 8 models. Is anyone else experiencing this?
