Can those laurel currency get me all my accessories?

Hi guys. I have about 180 laurels. I have never used any as long as I have played. I stopped playing about two years ago and recently rejoined. But my old main I don’t play anymore. My new toon is full of boosted level 80 gear.

So I need from 3 to 6 marauder acceories and maybe some berserker accessories.

Can I spend those laurels and get all I want?

And is it so that we all want ascended accessories in all slots?
