Spreading Positive Body Image

I feel pretty positive about my body. It's my vehicle for experiencing life, and I like it. While I didn't always feel this way, I have for the last couple of years. In the normal course of things people don't usually comment on my weight or figure, but apparently pregnancy invites all the commentary. How can I use rude comments as a teaching moment to let people know that not all women are concerned about their weight, and some of us like our bodies regardless of the number on the scale? The women who make these comments aren't generally mean, they just assume that everyone shares their fears and insecurities. Usually I'm caught off guard and I don't say anything, or say something really bland. Fwiw, I would describe my pre pregnancy body as soft and comfortable, but not overweight. I've gained a normal amount of weight so far during pregnancy.
