Oh no

About a month ago, the PC broke. Being a fairly new player of a few months with no money to spend on platinum, I was eagerly waiting for the Halloween free items to come out before the day it broke.

It was expected to be honest. It kept shutting randomly and doing all kinds of weird shit. I thought i could put off my getting the colour pallette and dullahan mask until the PC is fixed but at this rate it seems to be continuously brushed aside for later by my father and I wont be able to get it in time. I do understand why but it still kind of bothers me that he puts off everything he has to do these days.

Now, to the actual question I wanted to ask, is it possible to gift people who weren't capable of playing warframe in time the items? Or is it impossible? If it isn't possible I at least got it off of my chest. (And i don't think i really have anyone to ask to send me one either so it might just be redundant..)
