Is it hard to move a shed?

We're moving into a rental property with a tiny kitchen and are getting a shed to provide extra storage space. Are sheds difficult to move? I don't know whether to invest in a good one as we can take it with us when we go, or get a basic one as we will probably leave it there when we go.

Additionally, if I'm getting a good shed I'm considering turning it into a utility room. Has anyone heard or done this before? There is a power point outside but no water.
