LPT Request: Waking up early/being efficient in the morning before college classes?

School & College

During high school I woke up at 5... Now, I can barely wake up at 9 and regularly function even with the same hours of sleep I get compared to high school. I now need to wake up before 8:30 for a morning class and I am struggling to cope with this. I want to maximize the time I get for sleep and minimize the time I need to get ready.

So far this is my schedule: 7:30 - 1st alarm, snooze 7:35 - 2nd alarm, wake up and closes my eyes for 1-2 minutes (very dangerous... so far haven't fallen back asleep) 7:387:40 - look at phone and goes to bathroom 7:407:50 - brushing my teeth, face washing, shaving 7:50 ~ 8:00 - toilet time 8:00 ~ 8:15 - change clothes, feed fish, does bed 8:15 ~ 8:30 - walk to class

I have no idea how to minimize the time I spend in the bathroom. Also, during my changing period, time just goes by so fast that I am not sure how it takes me 15 minutes to do all those things. I feel like I need to sleep earlier to compensate, but that would force me to sleep before 12, and that isn't happening for a college student taking all STEM.

Any tips?
