27/F..I would like to know if a Taurus man i know is crushing on me

My co worker is a Taurus man and we are into different projects and have never spoken before.Recently he has started to walk by my table very often and i can sense him looking at me for a sec and when i look back he just turns away.He mostly avoids eye contact. And he avoids me completely the next two or three days and comes back doing the same thing after a week.He is a workaholic and a true gentleman. I really love the way he carries himself. And he is so damn mysterious and that's what is making me crush harder on him.I'm a Sagittarius woman..i'm kind of reserved and shy and not that good looking I would say. I definitely don't dress bad and i tend to be very professional at work.I would really like to know what made him like me in the first place and why he acts as if he is not interested in me. I really wanna know what's going on in this guy's mind.Is it just a temporary crush or some kind of serious stuff ?He's driving me crazy!!! 14
