Something I noticed in trailer #1

Hey everyone,

In trailer #1, we have a baby attached to Norman via artificial umbilical cord at his belly button. After the disappearance of the baby, we get a glimpse of Norman's bellybutton and the umbilical cord has been surgically removed.

(And please, I know this is a very popular theory, but the disappearance does not align with the baby activation in trailer #2- that was just fervent wishful thinking. You can play both trailers from their beginnings and see for yourselves.)

What does this suggest to you guys? How would you interpret the baby disappearing in an instant with the surgical factor?
