acer xb271hu IPS blurry in Destiny 2

Hey!

I have some pretty nasty ghosting in Destiny 2 even with motion blur and depth of field turned off. I don't have it at all in Overwatch or Warframe, so it's strange to me that it's so severe in this game. I have tried setting all settings to super low, but it didn't help. I did try the ULMB setting on my monitor, and that helped, but made the screen unbearably dark, the graphics "choppy" and it makes my other games run poorly.

I think it's due to the response time of the pixels. I have tried with overdrive to off, normal and extreme. Extreme was crazy overshoot, but the other two are still difficult to look at. It's like I can't look at the screen when turning side to side, and when I do it makes my eyeballs feel strange.

Is there anything I can do to stop the ghosting? I don't want to buy a new monitor just for one game. I have a GTX 1080, i7 6700k, and Acer xb271hu monitor.
