Searching for a good bitcoin exchange

Hey guys,

Im pretty new to bitcoin. What i planned on doing was storing some bitcoin just as a money deposit, on a paper wallet, to withdraw it some time when the price rises or when I need it(probably planning to leave it there for like a year or more). I already created my paper wallet, now I need a way to deposit BTC there. I looked at some exchanges, but the fees are kinda scaring me off. I only want to put like 100-200€ on there, nothing big. For example at kraken, i saw theres a 0.001BTC fee for withdrawing bitcoin. Does that mean I instantly lose 5€ when sending my BTC from kraken to my paper wallet??? This is a looot.

Also, what if I wanna buy something for like 10€ with my kraken wallet, that also costs 5€ extra? Pretty insane. Are there some exchanges where the sending fee is only a percentage of the BTC sent?

Oh btw I live in germany.
