Is the Erica Durance interview hilarious or just awful? I honestly can't tell

All this talk of Marcy Turk running the show now and making sure things have calmed down make sense when you watch Erica Durance's interview. It was boring and at one point Howard allows Sal and Richard to come into the studio and rip on her for dressing like a "Amish" person. I find it hilarious but at the same time its cringey.

Is this what the old stern fans want more of or is this one of those rare occasions of a fail interview?
