How strict are regulations on smaller drones (under 200g)?

I recently ordered a toy drone and was considering bringing it with me on my trip to Japan next month for fun.

I'm aware of most of the regulations on drones, but read that they only regard those over 200g - the one I got is quite small, and reviews and specs say it weighs around 86g (but I will make sure to double-check anyway).

I couldn't find much info on flying smaller drones like these in Japan, so if anyone has any idea or input it'd be very much appreciated.
