Question about battery

Hey guys, I'm very new to quadcopters. My first quad was an eachine h8 mini, and recently I ordered this quad. My question is the following: As far as I understand this build has no way of indicating the low voltage of the battery. Do I damage my battery if I let it drain all the way, that my quad simply lands? Is this bad practice and should I get some kind of low voltage alarm, or is it fine as long as I'm able to land safely when my juice runs out?

Also can anyone recommend some good batteries that will fit the furibee f180, and ships from within the EU?
