Desperate, is there any option left ?

I've suffered from hair loss for like 7 years now. It's pretty bad by now. Hair are thinning, hairline is receding and in general there seem to be less of them on my head i.e. the density seems to have gone down significantly. By comparison it's probably not that bad, I can still hide it pretty well but not for much longer.

I react with irritation to almost all topical solutions except Thiocyn, which unfortunately doesn't help though. I recently tried the "all natural" elixir from hairlossrevolution.com and even that burns and leaves my scalp red.

I've tried Dutasteride but that gave me side effects and after actually having had them I'm not willing to try Finasteride. Having a numb Penis is no joke and I'm glad that the sides went away after I stopped taking the pills.

I've had 6 PRP treatments with next to 0 success.

I'm currently using Regenpure DR (have been for 3 weeks now) which I think is good for my hair but of course it's not gonna stop hairloss.

I know of RU but I've read some pretty horrific side effects of that as well plus it would most like just cause massive irritation again since my scalp appears to be the most sensitive on the planet.

I have mixed Dexpanthenol into the topical products to make them more mild but that hasn't helped either.

I bought a derma roller but let's not kid ourselves here...

Basically this thread is what stands between me and shaving my head. I've had my head shaved before (lost a bet) and I look like a total moron.

Is there anything that is proven to work that I could try ? I'd appreciate any help. I know that there probably isn't but it doesn't hurt to ask right ?
