Best scary horror game on steam Halloween sale under £10?

I don't mind if it's free and I already have stalker and amnesia so any other recommendations would be appreciated. I'm looking pretty much exclusively for horror games, but any other games that you feel have an amazing discount and are under £10, I will happily look into. Thanks PCMR!
