Looking for 1999 Sting Promo Where he Tells a Riddle

It used to be on YouTube under the name ''Sting, The Stand-Up Comedian'' or something to that effect, but there was a promo he cut on WCW television in 1999 (on either Rick or Scott Steiner) that was something to the effect of

What is black and white and read all over? a newspaper! (ha-ha-ha) What is black and white and all over Steiner? Sting, that's who. It's showtime, etc. etc.

Does anyone know the date of the Nitro/Thunder/PPV this aired on? I have been incessantly looking for it, for over 20-30 minutes with nothing popping up on Google.
