Help me find a ED School.Based on my SAT score (URGENT)

I know ED should be to your Dream school but my dream school is UCLA followed by UCSB.(they dont offer ED)
Major- Computer Science
Sat 1st attempt-1290(590 R/W, 700 M)
Sat 2nd attempt(had fever so screwed it up)-1280(600R/W,680M)
Superscore-1300(600,700)
Activities- Have a few GPA - Above Average-
Grade 9 class rank - 3/30
Grade 10 class rank - 2/30
Grade 10 CBSE cgpa (indian board)- 9.2/10 (88%)
Grade 12 predicted - 84.5%
UW madison, U of washington and purdue are my top choice but none of them offer ED. I need to apply ED to one school to which my chance would initially be very low without ED.Basically, a school very applying ED helps a lot,based on my SAT score( and is good in CS).I am an International.(Dont ask me why i need to apply ED ,just recommend schools .Thanks !) Cost of attendnce should be lower than $60,000.
