Looking for a motivational/accountability buddy

I'm looking for a person to be my accountability partner or motivational buddy. This is more about me improving my personal finance instead of my health etc. But, if it's health for you, I'm okay with it.

I'm a neet who's looking to regain back my pride and made enough money to move out of the basement. I set the bar low, I know. If you're in the same position as me, all the better.

I'm completely new to development. Have only learned about HTML and a little bit about CSS. Tried JS, but it's daunting so I postponed it and would learn later when I am more confident. It would be very helpful to me if you know a little bit about this or freelancing in general, but it is not required.
