Abnormally Old Bettas

I was wondering if any of you guys abnormally old bettas, most people say their life span is 3-5 years. But others (including this subreddit) say it's 5-7 years with proper care. If you do have any please tell me how you achieved this or if did anything to achieve it? Thank you.
