[Feature request] "open or create" url scheme

I use Bear together with Workflow to have shortcuts for daily notes I create. For example, I have workflows Plan Today/Plan Tomorrow, which will open a note with today's/tomorrow's date — and if it doesn't exist, it will create one from template.

Right now, it requires two steps — 1) attempt to open note, 2) if opens, fine, but on failure, back to Workflow, and create new note. Not a huge deal, but a bit messy in how it's implemented, and the jumping between apps is a bit annoying for something I do dozens of times a day.

Would be great if I could do something like bear://x-callback-url/open-or-create?title=xxxx&text=blabla
