Controller issues anyone?

Has anyone else has any issues with the Xbox One S controllers?

I bought a brand new one at gamestop at the beginning of summer, and after 3-4 months the left stick has started to drift upward (straight in-game). Admittedly, I play a good amount of FPS and sports games that use the left stick (L3) as sprint but I feel like that is a short amount of time for a problem to arise. I'm not excessively pressing it or aggressive with my controllers either. Just looking for some answers
