Needing help with doing r2 heroic/r3 hard to heroic

Needing help with doing r2 heroic/r3 hard to heroic..... I can do r2 heroic in auto except for boss needing I guess better dps or tank/off tank if anyone came help I’d appreciate it IGN: xushu Build:dps 1023 ts Have room to help others if you need me...have plenty of room
