As a newer Modded MC player, is there a way to play the modpacks I've downloaded and exist on my machine without going through the Twitch Launcher?

It looks like this is a common problem, but I'm amazed there isn't a way for me to access files that exist on my pc without going through this God-awful example of human ignorance. Surely there's a way I can run a command that loads the proper data from my mod files and runs them in MC?
