Avoiding sleep paralysis after breaking sleep schedule?

Hey guys... I usually go to sleep at 11:30 and wake up from 6-8. That's my schedule. Welp, I just woke up from a nightmare (not sleep paralysis) and I can't get back to sleep so I'm just going to stay up. I woke up at 5:30 ish. Do you think that's a significant schedule break? Should I be worried about getting sleep paralysis because a break is usually what causes mine but I don't really get it often at all. If it can cause it, can I get some tips to avoid it later, that would be great, thanks.
