My mouse is lagging while using Razer Synapse software

I am havving issues with Razer Synapse software. I was recently googling a bit and i found out alot of people have this issue.

Mouse: Razer Taipan 2017.

When i go into CS:GO and if i want to drag my mouse from left to right it keeps getting stuck. If i go out of the game the mouse works normal again. If i close Razer Synapse software the mouse works perfectly. So there isn't a mouse problem. The problem is in the software. I tried uninstaling and reinstaling it several times. It doesn't help.

In software i am using 1200 DPI. There is no issue with my computer because it is brand new, and i'm easily having 200 - 300 FPS in CS:GO.

I would like to ask if anyone has any idea what i can do to solve this issue? I used to have Windows 7 before and this mouse and it worked properly. As soon as i went on Windows 10 and instaled Razer Synapse i am having issues.
