How do I find a good violin bow, I am an amateur violinist?

Should I buy an used one , a new one, go and choose fiberglass or wood, some brand in particular, or go to a store that sells instruments? by the way the brand Pernambuco, is it good? and would you trust a total stranger if he/she tells you this violin is certain thing, when it he/she might be lying?

By the way my violin is a Strunal (czech republic) , well its says its hand crafter, so I guess is made by a luthier. not sure.
