Just a question from someone who isn't very good

I just got 85 and I know everything is supposed to suddenly be harder, resources, gear and all. Money

I just was trying to see if selling items was worth it and noticed I have (in the gear tab) like hundreds of certain already made items.

Like Shotgun or Doctor's Cap.

I dont hundreds of those, right¿ If it's been constructed, it's good to be equipped (if someone needs it) so I don't need a hundred Cute Umbrellas?

Can I safely sell maybe all but maybe forty of those? Sorry for long question
