I'm lost

Story time: So basically the other night I did ketamine and lsd for the first time. At the start of the night I had a few lines of ket, followed by a few keys. It was insane and lasted for a couple hours. However all my mates were tripping so they were fucked for like 8 hours or so, so I asked if I could have some as well. I took half a tab and it fucked with me. Had an intense, scary as fuck trip where I felt like I got lost in another dimension or something. Anyway the next day and still today I feel like something has gone, disappeared from me and now I feel lost. Emotionally confused and just different.
