Flashing custom ROMs then restoring to OOS

If I flash a custom recovery and a custom ROM, when I flash back the originals will the "secure boot" red message in the corner disappear on booting?

I haven't tried experimenting with this device, but it's a requirement Google has starting from 6.0 (I think), and I've seen it on flashed Samsungs
