FaceIt way harder than ESEA

Hey guys, yesterday I switched from ESEA to FaceIt Premium. I was A on ESEA but now I struggle so hard on FaceIt Lvl. 5. I have the feeling that people are way better on FaceIt. ( EU btw)

What is your experience? Additional thoughts?
