windscribe not working on dorm's wifi anymore

hello so i have windscribe 60gb free offer and it used to work on the dorm's wifi but now it doesn't connect anymore. it works fine with my limited lte plan though.

is there a solution to get it to work again with the dorm's wifi?

thanks
