Losing monitor signal / PC freezing.

Soo I was playing world of warcraft and combatlogging ( creates a log file while playing) then accidently filled up my SSD to full...which corrupted some of my game files. Since doing that my monitor has been losing signal at random while in-game. What happens is my pc monitor will go black and freeze, or the monitor will say "Out of range", Or just "No DVI connection". I've tried re-installing my drivers and checking my PSU cables and everything seems good. I'm not sure myself what the issue is because most people seem to point to the PSU / video card, but the issues only started happening once I filled up my SSD. Anyone have any suggestions?

edit- Only happens in-games, isn't overheating. Sometimes goes 6+ hours without happening, other times happens minutes after re-booting PC.
