Could we stop the dropshot?!?

I was playing in a party the other night when one of the guys suggested that while laying down and standing up, the accuracy​ of the of gun should drop, or you shouldn't be able to fire. The way I look at it it would be very difficult to stand up or lay down while keeping two hands on the weapon. Maybe it would just be removing the options to ADS while performing these actions. Or even a brief period during which you can't fire your gun. Would anyone be up for seeing this sort of thing implemented?
