Thoughts on buying on opening price? Serious, what are your refutes to my 4 arguments/reasons for ICO success?

Does anyone have concerns/refutes as to why some of these reasons don't 'ensure' RPX success? I've been hyping this coin for weeks on the basis of these reasons. But reading some of these comments, I'd like to know what you think about these points.

1. 15m hard cap for presale/whitelest, in this climate we've seen promising coins like REQ set a hard cap at around 60m and thus have nowhere to go but down. This was an extremly modest hard cap, when they knew they could have been capable of raising +50m USD.

2. Individual hard cap of 1000$ per person. True this was only the initial hard cap per person for the first hour, but after this first hour there was something like 60% sold out. This means a lack of whales, and hence lack of possible dumping, to a certain extent. Furthermore, the last time we saw a promising coin (correct me if I'm wrong) that set an INDIVIDUAL hard cap low as the $1,000 mark was ZRX that set it at $1,300 USD, 0x (ZRX) is still trading at $0.19, up from $0.11 opening price. In the first 2 days ZRX was trading at $0.43.

3. Exclusivity, RPX has done better than most coins, legitimizing the entire process. Intense KYC scrutiny, NEO partnering platform, banning ALL Chinese & US citizens, even delayed the presale following China banning news in order to comply with ALL legal issues. Thus, in addition to all the hype surrounding this coin, there are a significant number of investors who likely weren't able to get in on the presale/whitelist.

4. ICO success in current climate, things have been rough as of recent as more reality sets in on which ICOs will now begin to survive and which whither and die. Despite this, ICOs like Substratum that also had LOW presale market caps, are now trading at 3x opening price ($0.05 to $0.15), its an entirely different industry sure, but its just to reinforce some of the other points on this list.
