Devra Bogdanovich medal 2017?

For the Berlin anomaly I saw that the EXO5 Rare Kit contains "Devra Bogdanovich Medal Card" Is that the medal from last year with the white grey background or is that a new one in the 2017 medals style? Fev Games do not list Devra Bogdanovich on their medal page, for the 2017 medals.
