Edit: Thanks to u/bottomlines who points out his companion's name: Lisa Steele, apparently doesn't match his daughter's (Georgina) name, and his only known wife (Laura) died in 2009. That said, who knows? Remarried? Other relation?

The other couple, (Mr & Mrs?) Mackenna L. Hamner remain very mysterious. Internet scrubbed of all reference. Google "right to forget" notices.

If this is the right Christopher Steele, it fits right into the timeline when the FISA court was deciding on the legality of bugging innocent Americans. One presumes he was there to present pissgate to people high in the US government. Perhaps even BHO himself...
