Water law
I received the delightful news that there is a new elective now in my course with no prerequisites, no compulsory text and no exams. This is always appealing to me. But the subject is water law, not as in maritime but as in actual H2O. Aside from the remote chance I might try to sit on a water board one day it is unlikely to intersect with my interests (medicolegal and med-tech business) - has anyone done this unit anywhere and is there any likelihood of it being interesting?
EDIT - thanks all - I'll do it - my whole rationale for studying law at this point in my life is to partly transition to non-executive director positions eventually and this could be valuable for statutory authorities or ag tech ventures, plus achieving enough credits is super difficult and I won't look a gift horse in the eye...
