Live.me and affiliate

Have any of you heard of this? Or been approached by them? I received an email from them regarding streaming on their site. I got an offer of 15$ pr hour and a minimum of 20 and maximum of 40 hours per week. I am from norway, and the woman who contacted me said they were pretty big in the states. I do want more american viewers.

As an affiliate can I stream to other sites?
