How much GR supplies, MC supplies and SR cargo can you sell in one vehicle?

So I have been playing solo lately. I have an Office, warehouse, I/E garage and clubhouse. I just bought the Bunker, MOC and Hangar, and I will be buying a Coke Lockup soon.

My idea is to rotate around the Hangar, Warehouse and I/E garage while I do VIP work in the cool down and let the Bunker and Lockup run in the background.

I have questions about solo selling though: How much worth of Bunker Product can you sell in one vehicle? How much Air Freight Cargo can you sell in one vehicle? How much MC Product can you sell in one vehicle?
