Sabre losing stealth while Intel Sabre getting stealth + 2x EMP?

Just checking the ship matrix, appears the stealth on the normal Sabre has been quietly removed while the new Intel Sabre (you get it when you buy the Intel SSD) now has the stealth + double EMP?

am i mistaken?
