Just sharing my cheap-ass build im getting tomorrow

Getting my first PC tomorrow, this is around $400 or less (I live in the Philippines and this shit can go cheaper)

Not the best. Hoping I can play Skyrim Legendary with the texture packs on at least med quality here. And maybe Overwatch, Witcher 3, some AAAs like Destiny 2.

Wish me luck! I know it's a really cheap build and lots of you guys might scoff at my poverty, but I've been pining for a PC for three years and I can only afford this much.
