Ledger BTC Wallet Missing Transaction

Last week I sent bitcoin from Coinbase to my nano s. Yesterday I did my weekly buy and sent it to my ledger and today I checked my wallet and noticed that last week's transaction didn't appear. Yesterdays's transaction is there but I'm missing the funds from last week. I tried following this article https://ledger.groovehq.com/knowledge_base/topics/bitcoin-addresses to find all my receive addresses to make sure the address I sent my BTC to was my address but the page just says

Share or save your search result:
Empty wallet, no transaction yet, Balance : 0 BTC

and I don't see any addresses. Now I need advice on what to do next.
