220v charger with 110v device, will it fry?

Hi!

I live in Thailand and ordered an electric toothbrush from the internet. The one I got says 110-130v~ 50-60Hz / 0.9W on the bottom of the charger, so I´m nervous to plug it in (Thailand is 220v). The obvious solution would be to get a voltage converter, but I´ve scoured my area and none are available; can´t order from Amazon because the one time I did I had to wait for 20 days to get my stuff lost on the way here.

So here´s my question: Can I buy a cheap electrical toothbrush in country with the same type of charger (but 220v instead) and use it for my toothbrush?

TL:DR: Can I buy a 220v charger and use it with my toothbrush that came with a 110v charger? Or will it get fried? Are there other options or do I have to bite the bullet and hope that Amazon can find my place this time?
