Is it legal to use my own dance animation with animated characters joined with the song of some upcoming movie?

I have seen many youtube videos of dance institutes in which they take song of some movie and dance on the song and make a video of it and post that video in their name. Is it legal? If it is, then can I also take song of some movie and do the dance animation with animated characters and post the video in my name? Please suggest.
